This Shipping & Cancellation Policy is provided by Jeloj Pty Ltd trading as Purewellness (“Purewellness”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
To cancel an order before it is dispatched, email us immediately at orders@purewellness.com.au with your order details. Cancellations must be made on the same day the order is placed.
Shipping & Packing Costs
We primarily use Australia Post and Aramex for shipping. International deliveries are available via Australia Post. Shipping costs can be calculated during checkout by entering your destination country. Please note additional taxes/VAT (e.g., in the UK) may apply; check with your local customs office.
Shipping Timeframes

- International Shipping: 5-15 business days depending on the destination.
