What is Malic Acid?
Malic Acid is a natural fruit acid found in a range of plants, including apples and cherries. It offers a unique tart flavour and is essential to complete the flavour profile of Purewellness Performance Electrolyte. Malic Acid is naturally synthesized in the human body, as a constituent of the citric acid cycle (kreb’s cycle), an integral part of ATP or energy production inside the cell.
What is Katemfe Fruit Extract?
Thaumatin is a natural protein-based sweetener found in the Katemfe Fruit, native to West Africa. Thaumatin is a powerful sweetener, meaning that only a tiny amount is added to each product to mimic the delicious sweetness of sugar. This natural sweetener has been used in natural health and sports supplements for decades.
Why Naturally Fermented Amino Acids?
Performance Electrolyte contains only amino acids that have been produced by a process called natural fermentation. This ensures that they are vegan-friendly and well utilised by the human body. Amino Acid that are extracted from animal products or synthesized in a laboratory are not accepted for use in this product.

DIRECTIONS: Adults Mix 20g into 500ml Cold Water. Consume one serving per hour during intense endurance exercise or competition. Alternatively, consume as required to assist with performance and hydration during intense physical activity.
