INGREDIENTS: Pure Bio Available Aquamin Powder (Minimum 33% elemental Magnesium).
Directions: Take 1/4 tsp (1.25g) daily mixed in water, juice or another beverage. Each 1/4 tsp (1.25g) contains 413mg of elemental magnesium from natural seawater.
